Welcome to our website. If you want to continue to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy, govern our relationship with you in relation to this website. If you don’t agree then please do not use our website.

Definitions

The term ‘the company’,‘us’ or ‘we’ means My My Hey Hey Limited, the owner of this website. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer or viewer of our website.

Payment

We take pre-authorised payment at the time you place an order. Without taking this payment, no goods can be supplied. Not until we dispatch your chosen goods will your payment be processed using your chosen payment method. All transactions are taken through PaymentSense Merchant Solutions via a secure payment gateway. We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, therefore we do not have full access to your payment method details. The only details we have will be your address which we need to fulfil your order.

Delivery

If the items you have requested to purchase are in stock we do our damndest to dispatch the same day. For UK deliveries we will send by Royal Mail Special Delivery or a courier as a appropriate, for international deliveries again we will use Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery or another courier. A confirmation email will be sent to you once dispatched.

As a rule of thumb, deliveries should be with you:

UK customers - Orders should be with you within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch.

European customers - Orders should be with you within 3 – 4 working days after dispatch.

International customers - Orders should be with you within 5 - 7 working days after dispatch.

International Orders

Please be advised that you could be held responsible for paying import duties and taxes on your order. Additionally, we have no control over delivery delays that could be experienced. Our advice would be to contact your local customs office for more information.

Stock and Availability

We do our best to give accurate stock information when you place your order, but as we don't (as yet) run a live stock update system, so, when stock gets low we can't promise we will have what you ordered. We do our utmost to update the stock holding on the site every day, so if your order is urgent, please call us. We will be more than happy to help.

Claims and Liability

If you believe you have a claim that stems from damage, delay or partial loss while in transit, you must write to us within 7 working days of delivery. We require you to give us time to investigate any such claim, and as a result pending the outcome, and as instructed by us either verbally or in writing, must immediately return any of the goods subject to any claim with all original packaging materials – securely, to My My Hey Hey Limited for closer inspection.

If you believe that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged in transit, or are not of the correct quantity, My My Hey Hey Limited shall at its discretion, replace them with similar goods, or offer you credit for the item invoice value.

If you establish that any of the goods are faulty My My Hey Hey Ltd shall at its discretion, replace with similar goods or offer you credit for the invoice value of the item in question.

At no point shall the liability of My My Hey Hey Limited, to you - the Customer, under these conditions exceed the invoice value of the items in question.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. At My My Hey Hey Limited, we offer a 28 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. In this instance, all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re-saleable with all tags attached. You must obtain a Return number within 28 days of receiving the order. To obtain a Return number please email us first.

Product Specifications

We reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on our website, these include slight differences in colour, shade and size. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

And finally, as a matter of good practice, we are committed to protecting your privacy, which is why we will not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.
